Nothing. The first call is free. The store audit is a fixed price, quoted on the call, and the fee is credited toward any build that follows.

Yes. We move stores to Shopify as a fixed-scope project, so you own the store and the customer list.
Can you run merch at our live events?
Yes. We set up Shopify POS for events and connect it to the online store, so stock and orders stay in one place.
Do we keep ownership?
Yes. You keep full ownership of your Shopify account and every brand asset. We work in your accounts as part of your team.
