Notes · Store audit

What a store audit looks for.

A store audit answers one question: what should we fix first?

It is a fixed-price piece of work with a written result. Here is what we look at, and what you are left holding.

1. Your store and theme

We start where customers start: your theme, your checkout and the pages that make or lose sales.

2. Your apps and integrations

Most stores collect apps over the years. For each one we write down what it does, what overlaps with another app, and what is broken or costing too much for the job it does.

3. Your catalog and day-to-day operations

Products, fulfillment, and the manual work it takes to run the store each week. If someone on your team spends hours in spreadsheets, tag lists or stock counts, that shows up here. Sometimes the fix is a setting. Sometimes it is a small custom tool.

4. A prioritized fix list

This is the point of it. You get a list of what to fix first, in order, written down. You can hand it to us, to another team or to your own developer.

What it costs

The audit is fixed price, quoted on the free call. If you go on to a build with us, the audit fee comes off that build.

Who it suits

Established Shopify brands that want the store run properly, not just patched. Stores on WordPress or WooCommerce that are ready to move to Shopify. Brands whose store now takes more than the team has time for.

It is not for creators looking for sponsors. That is our creator lane.

The first step

Before any audit there is a free 45-minute call about your store, your stack and what is slowing you down. You leave knowing what we would fix first, and whether an audit makes sense.
